| Creating A Free Basic Rental Ad |

- Step 1 - Landlord Registration
Click Landlord Registration to create your UserName and Password.
- Step 2 - Property Record What's this?
From the My Properties page, click "Add A Property" to enter your property details.
- Step 3 - Activate Rental Ad
From the My Properties page, click "Activate Ad" next to the property you want to advertise.
- Step 4 - Listing Length
Select Basic Listing/$0.00 then click Submit Listing. Your ad will move to a pending status until we review it and activate it, typically, within 24 hours.
To create your first ad, click Landlord Registration.
